As the name suggests, it's a trainer's gym with class equipment & well certified trainers. It's located on the first floor with great lighting & matted floor. The color contrast is quite unique & likeable in person. The early & late hours have less people but other time it's quite occupied. The timings are 0600-1200hrs & 1530-2130hrs. If you're looking to get in shape or have healthier lifestyle or an athletic body you must check it out especially the trainers here, they are dedicated & put full efforts to get you the desired results. As the summers are here so morning & late evenings are having more people working out but late mornings & early evenings are a bit scarce but the trainers never give up on you no matter how crowded or tight their schedule is. Keep smiling, stay safe & healthy.

This is the best gym in whole meerut ,i do not intend to offend any gym but gyms like miles , pulse , and all the gyms who charges you higher fees will only give you good equipment but not good trainer anywhere you'll they'll ask you for personal training otherwise you're just a stranger to them but here you'll get the best surrounding , good environment and trainers with good nature ........ If you live in meerut I'm gonna say plsss Don't be fooled by the looks of any gym I've been making a fool of myself for almost an year and 2 months now and finally I've found a gym that's worth spending money ........
