Larges pace for workouts with modern technologies. Simply enjoy less crowded cardio sessions. Staff is quite helpful,trainers are good. Location and parking is quite good.However the price of the yearly membership is slightly high..The gym is really good with good gym equipments and experienced trainers. Well maintained..This gym is what I think about when I think of a perfect gym. Talking about the interior, it's awesome. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable. They are always there to help you by providing knowledge about each and every exercise and equipments. Also they understand what you are striving for . You will love the diverse workout combinations.

This gym was good earlier but now it is overcrowded at all times, even in odd hours. You have to wait for long to get a treadmill or a bench or even some space to do stretching and lunges. Their parking space is a joke, dont bring your car to this gym. The gym space is clean but there is no housekeeping to re-rack the weights after you're done. The gym equipments are very few in number and their maintenance is bad. Also, group class options are very minimal. Not good for serious fitness enthusiasts, this is only good for casual workouts and time pass. Reception staff and senior trainers are friendly but floor trainer keeps pestering new joinees to take PT. They also don't have a working snack bar though they kept the space reserved for it which just cuts away room from the already tiny gym. Don't believe the good reviews given, they're all false, uploaded on the request of the gym staff itself. As one can check, they were all uploaded in the last hour, and all of them are trying to counter what I wrote. 100 points for originality. My suggestion is to join SK instead, that is where all the past members including myself have joined after quitting this broken down place. Edit - had to reply to comment made by the gym staff => You cannot find my name now because I quit the gym. And 7200 sq ft is nothing to boast of, as this is the area of the entire floor including washrooms, yoga room, snack bar. Actual space for workout is very less, max. 4 people can fit together in an area at a time, and this gym is packed to about 3x its capacity at all times. And you speak of protocol right, well another safety protocol as per the industry rule of thumb is that there should be approximately 10-12 square feet for each member. This space allocation does not include space requirements for common areas, closets, restrooms, etc. So what about you guys completely ignoring this rule? The whole gym is badly engineered, the equipment is outdated, always dirty, and sticky, machines lacking weight plates, and most are always misplaced, and the manager does not know how to run a gym. The men's washroom stinks so bad the odor reaches the gym floor. There is also a lot of wasted space, for example the yoga room is only used for an hour or so and after that nobody can enter, even if there is no room to do floor exercises elsewhere. How is this fair? Even there is no use taking to the manager as she is dumb as a pole. AND lastly, the place is overcrowded because of your tactics to lower prices and get as many people to join as possible. After that you have no means to address issues of overcrowding, unprofessional staff, lack of basic hygiene etc. Will never go back there.

One of the best Gym in Guwahati. Instructors are very friendly and helpful, management and equipments are great as well.

Very Nice GYM with a great budget.. and the trainers are also very good . Like Anurag Chettri who is the best trainer I have ever seen .. he helps very much with good guidance..

It's a nice gym. All the basics equipments are there which are necessary at all. The trainers are very friendly and some of them are well experienced. *It's very clean The management is also very well. They keepin' very sharp eye on u through CC cameras(from all angles). So u've to b very careful . You'll get a nice experience. Good Luck .
