My trainer currently is karthik and trains me very well in terms of workout. Everyone in the gym is friendly and even supports you. Equipments all are well maintained. One of the best and safest gyms around for women. The instructor understands the requirements, body type, our food habits and accordingly coins exercises that have proved effective. I have been over weight for a couple of years now, tried, tested and failed at many attempts. I am so glad to have found gym18 and my instructor Shiva. I would vouch 100% for gym18.
