One of the best and safest gyms around for women. The instructor understands the requirements, body type, our food habits and accordingly coins exercises that have proved effective. I have been over weight for a couple of years now, tried, tested and failed at many attempts. I am so glad to have found gym18 and my instructor Shiva. I would vouch 100% for gym18.
