It's been four days since I've been going to this Gold's Gym. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has an array of equipment to suit all fitness levels. The staff are friendly and professional. The classes offered are varied and give members a great workout. The gym also has a cafe, which is great for a post-workout snack or a quick lunch. also sauna, hot bath and cold bath are available here. The only complaint is that it's very crowded, sometimes you have to wait too long for your turn on machine. And some equipment were become old but it's maintaned. All in all, I would recommend go there if you are fan or like gold's gym brand.

Amazing Gym with Steam Room and Good Infrastructure. They've separate Cardio and Weight Training Area. Sometimes it gets Crowded but overall it's a nice experience. Varun Sir is really helpful and manages the gym decorum pretty well.
This is the best GYM in Uttam Nagar Area, little bit Parking problem there. In peak hours huge rush. Here staff is fine and all the general trainers really focuses on girls more like they are there personal trainers. Here you can enjoy Hollywood, Bollywood & Jumba dance. Here you can learn Self defence and Yoga too.
Quite Good Gym In High Fees!!! I would say it's the best gym of This Uttam Nagar area as if u will go in other gym of Uttam Nagar you will be able to see that fake gym trainers are there those who themself don't know the correct form of exercises nd they r going to train you??? How is this possible..?? But here in GOLD's GYM , one don't need to face any of these problems as the Trainer this Gym provides are certified and we'll experienced!!! One could easily reach their goal if he/she follow the schedule and diet made by his/her trainer And there is facility of personal trainer also available here.....!!! And Recently Gold's GYm had also started the facility of GOLD'S INN i.e one could have a stay here also without any problem There is no connectivity problem Nearest Metro Station: Uttam Nagar East Metro Station Nearest Bus Stand: Tilak Pul Bus Stand And Parking Facility Is also Available Here With a Stamp of GOLD'S GYM!!! Personally suggest don't go in this gym very bad staff very unhelpful. I'm elite member of this gym still there behaviour is very unhelpful they just seating on there chairs and gossips. My app scanner not working and they not even help us in that.
It used to be a great gym with adequate space but now they have constructed it in a congested space and removed one floor for gym. Now there is very less space for parking lot.
Good gym, great trainers. More importantly, I got access at a great price since I joined via Cultfit. And the sauna room is the cherry on top for sore muscles.
