I am pleased with the gym and special thanks to my gym teacher Mr Hemachandran who has given me a boost and love for the gym . His methods were very methodical and variability were insane . As a newbie I felt I was guided very nicely by him and he always stays throughout the session and keep pushing up and that made me more motivated with my goals. I personally recommend him if you are a starter as he knows exactly what we want and he gives priority not only for people who requires weight loss but postures and flexibility and lifestyle.

This gym is amazing wit gud equipment's and Gud environment. Gud service with friendly staff and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners.and a special mention to MY PERSONAL TRAINER Mr.Hemachandran an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining gud health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having gud health.

I have been going to gym for the past 3 months. Though I have opted for general training the training methodology is ultimate here. Expect progress and perfection. The program schedule given by coach Hemachandran is awesome. Have improved a lot on my strength and power. Gym is spacious, well lit and other facilities provided meet the requirements.
