I used to procrastinate for any physical workout. But somehow after starting GYM here i continued till now and I can see change in me. It's just a bit crowded around 8 when i go.
Just a basic gym with moderate amount of equipments. Not recommended for couples l. As this gym is basically for guys around the area. As the crowd here is mostly guys. The trainer also is just average with not much experience in diets and cross fits. Just regular gym if you want to do normal workout only.
