It's an amazing gym. Very well equipped. Very professional. Very clean. Afzal Sir, is amazing , a little strict but trust me it's for your own good, Sagar sir is amazing very friendly and cool. Both will make sure to give you proper guidance. But please make sure you know how to do push-ups before you go here. I know so much about the gym because i myself is a trainee here. I am trained by Afzal Sir. He's strict but trust me, he'll always be there whenever you need him. I am updating this review after 6 months and i just want to say one thing the gym just got better with time.
The gym is no doubt pretty good, crowd is also maintained but the attitude of front desk person is just unbelievable, behaves like a queen.

The trainers interrupt you for silly reasons. The trainers need to be get re-evaluated. Some trainer don't let you workout on your own even when you know the exercises. This is very bad.
Gym Spirit is one of the best gyms in the Andheri West vicinity. Not only are their equipment latest but they are maintained well also. Javed Rangrez is one of their best trainers who trains his clients very passionately and is very professional as well. He has good knowledge and is a delight to be trained with.
