I morning and evening to much crowd. Machines are old. Water issues some time.noon time is better for this gym.
But they are upgrading gym. Premium to platinum. Let's see what is new in platinum.
I perused the gymnasium today and discerned an anomaly. Primarily, the receptionist failed to furnish apt guidance pertaining to the gymnasium. Furthermore, upon soliciting a tour of the gymnasium, she elucidated that corporate regulations precluded her from showcasing the facility. I pondered, "If one is soliciting an investment of 8000 bucks in their gymnasium, prospective patrons ought to be afforded the opportunity to inspect it." Evidently, an expectation exists for commitment without knowledge of the available apparatus or floor amenities. On the whole, it bespeaks inadequacies in both management prowess and communicative adeptness in catering to clientele.
Great gym in vastral, trainers are also very supportive and friendly, equipment are well maintained and good . Special thanks to Pradip das ji ( branch manager).

I have joined this gym from 29th July 2023, today when I was walking on trademill, their trainer switch off the switch of trademill without my knowledge by mistake.
Height is that when i complained to floor manager and others representative instead of taking matter seriously floor manager was talking with smile.
Hope you take matter seriously...
Equipments are good but the good should be extended a bit for more half and hour in the night. Also the equipments are used by multiple people there is no cleaner to wipe it or sanitize it. The management should consider the hygiene related to issue. It is suffocating coz of bad oudour too. Staffs are friendly and helpful but very less staffs according to the crowd and standard been shown.
