This gym chain is a fraud. I joined their Gym at the Panjarapole branch in November 2022. In January 2023, I found that the gym was shut down without any prior notice, and for a few days, I kept wondering whom to contact as the reception number was not reachable. Through my calls at other branches, I came to know that the gym has been shifted to the Vastrapur. Upon contacting the Vastrapur branch in January 2023, I was told that I will get my refund by Feb 15, 2023. I waited for a call till Feb 15 but didn't get any call or information about the refund. I again called the Vastrapur gym and they told me that I should wait till March 6th. I again waited till 6th March but didn't get any response. On March 6th, when I called a number at vastrapur gym, my phone was hung up saying that we don't have any update about the refund. Following this, I personally visited the gym and met Ketan Desai, who told me that don't worry I will get the refund by 21st March. I again waited and went to vastrapur gym on 21st March. During this visit, I found a surprising change in Ketan's behavior wherein he started arguing with me that we are not responsible for Panjrapole branch...He argued illogically with me and said that "humara us branch se koi lena dena nahi hai"..."amul se doodh khareeda hai to mother dairy pe thoda jaoge refund maangne". These statements were surprising for me and I was frustrated upon hearing these statements from the person sitting at the reception of Gym Lounge. I didn't want to get into an unpleasant argument with him so I simply asked him the final date by which I can get the refund to which he told me that we will call you by 25th March. I again waited and visited the gym on 25th March and Ketan told me that we don't have any update and I should call them on 27th. I called the gym on 27th March (today) to which the receptionist replied that Ketan is not available and no information is available about a refund. Following this, I visited the gym and met Ketan and instead of understanding my situation, he started arguing with me saying that "mujhe diye the kya paise"...etc etc. I have even sent an email to their main office but didn't receive any reply or call. Never join any center of this fraud gym

Best gym in area budgets wise can refer to my friends and family to join this gym because of its superb environment. All the trainers are so friendly. And can get best guidance for your body.

I am regular member of Gym Lounge. Like to attend all group activities. Equipments are very good & activities are awesome. Have attended PT as well,treatment you get is of paramount!

It's a fraud gym chain..I joined a gym and they shut the gym without any prior notice.. they didn't refund any fees..pathetic management as nobody is answering to the queries since last 4 months..they are just interested in opening a new gym every month and not the proper service..also the staff and equipments are okay..
