Gym Holic, The fitness club - Gym in Ambikapur - Surguja, India

Well maintained gym in Ambikapur. I have been to gym all over india and didnt expected to find one well maintained and all equipped gym in ambikapur! Having said that I have worked here for last one year now and I recommend it to beginners as well as advanced gymers easily! - The staff is well trained & well behaved! - The owner pays due attention to members satisfaction regarding any complaint if arises! - all equipment are well mainted and you will get at least 6-7 variations in machines workouts for each body part specifically! - they have ample space for u to try other kind of workout regime like, yoga, zumba, crossfit etc! - Its now shifted from this location to where time out cinemas is located! - 5.30 to 10 am is unisex timings , 10.30am to 1 pm is for women only, 2-3 pm is generally closed , 3-5 pm is womens only& 5 pm to 10 pm is again unisex timing! - They will also guid you for nutrition if you ask for! Lastly u will get results if you work hard & keep going no matter what!

Great place for workout. Here are my pros 1)Well equipped 2) gym trainers and staff are supportive and helpful. 3) strict training 4) separate working out schedule for women as well as in general time women can workout along with men. 5) people are nice 5)small cafeteria present 7)steam bath present 8) price is reasonable Cons- 1) sometimes very loud music is played. 2) during summer cos temperature is high it's difficult to workout between 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Day 1 join wait for 3 month for change in me 9 Nov. Is my first day. Gym atmosphere is great trainers is very good great experience.

There are many reasons why I gave them a single star 1.most important ,they have very little space 2.most of instruments are not available there like for shoulder ,wrist, and many more like that. 3.the cardio section is very very conjusted and also very smelly because of the steam room beside it, they do not even clean steam room so it is the last place u want to visit .(caution :-u will die of smell,its so disguisting) 4.lack of olympic rods 5.trainers are only for name sake ,they do nothing Only the trainer named abhishek Mehta is cooperative because he is certified one..rest all of them are a for muft ki roti . 6.no female trainer for women's 7.unhygenic a bit 8.lack of dumbbells 9.lack of heavy weights Sirf nam bade and darshan chote wala scene hai udhar .

Gym holic has all latest equipment with professional trainer's. Trainer's guide very well according to excercise needs like weight loss, muscles workout, aerobic and weight gain also, even gym has canteen facility with protein diet.

The trainers are very cooperative and the overall ambience is welcoming and friendly.

fantastic Gym wid good hospitality all equipment's are awsome good trainers and good crowd to thanks to holic group making us comfortable.

Awesome experience and really good machines.. Proper sanitizers available at all the machines.. Love to workout here
