Excellent gym, has all the facilities, modern and well maintained equipments along with excellent trainers are dedicated to their jobs and help us achieve our desired results. The gym is neat n clean, equipments are cleaned daily, tightened and checked for any discrepancies. Moreover everyone in the gym, the staff an, the manager and trainers are knowledgeable and professionals in their field.

The Edited one: The Gym@365 days' surely have equipments that are must for workout no doubt. *Great Ambience| Beautiful Atmosphere *You will get No. Of well maintained machines, real iron weights. *The whole gym has three different floors that divides the rush. *There is root top separated area for zumba and cardio activities. The roof top also have a small cafeteria , so that you can get your pre/post workout snacks if needed. The charges are surely premium here Steam| Open lockers|

One of the best gym I have ever been to. They have best in class equipments but the major selling point of the gym are its trainers. All the trainers are incredibly friendly, extremely qualified, approachable and keeps on checking on every member correcting their form, motivating to do more reps and provides tips to improve strength. The atmosphere at the gym is also very nice and joyful, I have witnessed 15 Aug celebration, Ganesh Puja, garba etc which gives a nice touch and makes workout interesting. Another thing I liked about the gym is, focus on stretching. Trainers assist you in stretching of the muscle group you have worked on everyday at the end of workout. I have also been taking PT sessions with Mr Dheeraj and have seen massive changes in my body within short span of time. He makes every session challenging and ensures each set is focussed on particular muscle group and takes feedback on the impact and adapts the set accordingly. He also ensures that my technique and form is correct and motivates to perform more reps. I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I would definitely recommend PT to anyone who have a defined goal and want to achieve it quickly. I usually don't write reviews however the extremely positive experience I got in this gym compelled me to write one.
