Built Up your best. Many people go the gym to improve their cardiovascular health,build muscles and of course for a good body. Making time for exercise provides some mental benefits. It reduces the stress, one of the most common mental benefits of exercise is stress relief.Eventually when you leave gym,your body tends to lose the strong grip over your hard gained muscles and you start to gain weight and body fat tends to increase. Another reason is that you may stop physical activity but your calorie intake remains same as your body gets used to eating more during your training days.

The gym is nice. The music system is great. The guard is very helpful. Although many instruments are missing, it deserves a 4 star.

The gym is too small for the number of people who visit it. A new gym is to be inaugurated in the following week. Hopefully, things will get better.

Has most of the apparatus of a fully fledged gym. Open for all year students of BIT Mesra.
