The staff is probably the worst staff you'll find in the entirety of JSR. THE ROOMS are ok. The service is worse than a motel and the staff has no manners at all. They kept asking us for random information.. not required to check in into a hotel. Then when we pushed they budged and said ok fine we don't need it. Room was not ready on time They made us vacate on time Provided no service for the extra persons that stayed but charged us full money for the extra persons. The reception staff is probably the worst. Never going here again no matter what. Better to stay on the street.
Everything about this place is incredible. Great staff and they always greet you with a smile, always there for you if you need anything. The entire team made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Special mention about Mr.Pandey at the reception, great guy and he went out of his way to help us out. This place is extremely clean and the food from the in house restaurant is delicious. Whenever we are in Jamshedpur, this will definitely be our go to place. Thank you Mr.Pandey and team.
Very good place for birthday party and other celebrations,the staff is very disciplined and they deliver what they promise. The food quality was very good.Also the decoration of the hall for birthday party was very good, looking forward to celebrate more events over there

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.
The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
All good worth for money Gym is basic and the thread mill is shaky and noisy. You will be surprised by rapid changes in the water pressure in bath rooms
