GVN Riverside Hospital - Hospital in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

Today i.e., on 23.10.23, came for Master health checkup and faced bad experience. Only after confirming that today service available, came for health check up. Unnecessary they asked to wait 2 hours simply for ultra sound as doctor is not available. After the still waiting for Echo however not sure when this doctor will attend. God only knows. I am not recommending this hospital for anything.

*Cancer Survivor* I am Srinath father of Tanishka my daughter was affected with urinary bladder cancer and was diagnosed in 2015 e approached dr.arun and he has been treatment more than 2 year and regular follow-up up more than 5 years now she is fully cured of her diseasr and her health is good. during her treatment his approach was very well we are really thankful for his service and we feel so blessed to know you. This hospital facility and treatment is not good. Nurses doest not have proper experience to treat the patient. I discharged my mother from this hospital due to the nurses not experienced and unkind to the patients. I have faced a worst experience and treatment in this hospital. I have never seen such a bad hospital. As their first objective is to Instilling fear in the patient's relatives and grab money. Ultimate goal is money, by forcefully imposing materials and experiments. They charged lot of money without treating the patients well. " I am not satisfied with the hospital treatment and nurses are not proper experienced. Their only motto is MONEY MONEY MONEY."

My daughter Ms.Dhanya now 11 years old has been under Dr.Arun seshachalam's treatment for 8 years. She has been treated for LCH by a doctor. A very polite, humble, and approachable doctor I have ever seen. The doctor is very patient and friendly and his guidance over these years keeps us strong and mentally relaxed. He counsels parents well and gives us the needed courage to face issues & complications. On a single note, As a parent, we are much more satisfied and confident about our daughter's health only because of Dr.Arun's follow-up and guidance. we are much indebted and gratified in his presence. Opinions and Reviews are totally based on the situation and the medical conditions of the patients. We have reached here for an emergency issue on sunday. The hospital were empty. We gone directly to the casualty ward and admitted. They asked about the health condition and started the treatment as there was a duty doctor available at the time. Later that they asked us to go for registration. Reception staffs, Pharmacy Staffs, Nurses, Canteen Staffs even the Sweeper staffs were kind and caring since we reached there I am talking only about registration process for emergency case(not critical) and the casualty ward not other departments. I thought it might be some big amount for medicine and bed charges for the day. But unexpectedly the charges were moderate. They do have all payment options like cash, card and UPI. They gave the proper prescription of they what they provided to the patient for furthermore reference if we go somewhere else after discharged from hospital. I will go in detail if i visit again for admission n other processes..

Hospitality is not good today because nurses do not treat patients well. I have admitted my mom in GVN hospital recently. we took a separate single room for patient it cost around Rs.6000 per day. But the nurse and hospitality services are very bad. They did not provide the food to patients on time and the nurse are not answering properly. The patient felt that the nurses lacked experience because of the treatment.We paid the full amount for the treatment but they are not discharging the patients they are trying to extend the room hours. we are frustrated due to the management not answering properly and raised a complained to the management regarding the services. We are disheartened and fed up with such incidents on the part of hospital management. The reputation of the hospital is not good. We are losing the trust on the hospitality due to this kind of incidents. If any management people see this post. Please try to avoid this kind of issue in future.
