GVN Riverside view hospital. There is no doctors at all for any treatment also there is not operation theatre for anything. We went there for my father heart related problem. Before going to the hospital we enquired in the phone whether it can be treated at your hospital, the doctor said it can be treated, we have specialist doctor for heart. we admitted my farther on 13th Nov, evening 7PM and the doctor wasn't come till next day afternoon, when we asked them they said, doctor should come from Apollo hospital and he might come in the evening after that they told you go to Apollo hospital to get the immediate treatment then we shifted to Apollo. They charged very huge amount for 15 hours treatment without any specialist doctor.

Hospital ambience is not good. Covid test price is 2000rs. Doctor consultation fee is 500rs. Very costly. Trying to keep patient as in patient.

Very worst hospital Ever. Actually I go For cancer treatment for my uncle(51 age). Dr.Balaji and Dr.Arun Sesachalam the two doctor only money minded and hospital also we only spend around 10Laks in 7 months but my uncle is no more, he just 8 month he live after knowing he suffered cancer the full treatment only happen this hospital. we Wait more time for doctors around 6 to 7 hours. It's Compare to our government hospital. Better go Our GH it's a best Way. Don't go to this hospital personally very worst experience I have...Please don't go for cancer treatment...

My Mother undergone knee replacement surgery 3 months back in GVN Hospital, She is doing very well and walking without any support now. Since I'm working in abroad, I could not be in person during the treatment and I was worrying about my mother age & weight, initial screening , operation and post operation procedures then insurance process more over we are not living near by Trichy, she was travelling from Sivaganga Distinct to GVN Hospital only for the treatment. My mother was very happy about Dr.SenthilKumar who did the operation successfully, he is very patience and kind personality. I have experienced hassle free cash less insurance process done by hospital insurance staffs, it was very helpful when I was focusing for other arrangements. I'd like to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Senthil Kumar and team ,Staff nurses and Insurance office staff for their wonderful service. Thanks Maharaj

My father was admitted in the hospital and they did many tests and discharged after two days with hefty bill. Even after one week of discharge they did not submit all the test reports. If they were genuine they should have give the test reports at the time of final settlement. Medicines for two days alone is RS 30000 with no details on tests conducted or results. Better try some other hospital. Day light robbery.

I was terribly disappointed with the hospital. I took my dad for treatment of serious medical condition, and their RT-PCR turned negative for throat and extremely borderline for nose sample (apparently deemed positive because of 0.2 points above threshold for negative). They suspected that my father may not have it because he was not showing any symptoms of the disease. Instead of treating the actual medical condition, which was far more serious, they started covid protocols. What is worse is that, they transferred him to covid unit, which was very unhygenic and they did not transfer any treatment protocols to be followed. my dad stayed there for almost 7 hours without receiving any treatment for the actual condition, which was very time sensitive. And more than that, they started treating him with remdesvir (for almost non-existent disease, even according to their doctors - why? no one know. we paid 8000 for the drugs without receiving any treatment for the same), without conveying anything to the patient's attender. I was not happy about it, and we discharged him the same day against medical advice. We came home and self quarantined. thankfully, we were able to see the concerned specialty doctor before discharging. did additional tests to check if he was covid positive, and all these additional tests indicated that he was covid-negative. the facilities were bad, the nurses did not have enough experience (they made mistake while injecting and were always doubtful of what needs to be done next) and the doctors, they were non existent. Orders fly from one department to another and no one knows who gives what orders. the attenders are always kept waiting and guessing. I am thankful that my father's conditiion did not escalate badly. I really wish trichy had better hospitals. I see this to be more of management and administrative issue than people/doctor expertise issue. but poor management and delayed medical advice is good enough to turn a patient's life for worse, as was the case with my father. would not recommend.
