Not found any water falling from rock. Asked local people about this, they said waterfall happens only during rainy season. Nice place for cycling from city.
Don't get deceived by the name. It's not what you would expect from a waterfall. But the area is all green, so you might like the atmosphere. Very hard to even find this place. Can visit with friends while going towards Pitamahal dam, can chill for some time. 40 min from main Rourkela. You won't find anything to eat or drink nearby. Not at all wheelchair friendly.
We saw in the picture it's a small waterfall but it's doesn't flow any water fall so don't go there without getting full information from locals
Nice and small waterfall. The place is beautiful , admist of forest away from the glitz and chaos of City, However If you are traveling to witness the sound of water splashing upon rocks. Then would you surely like to visit this place on a Rainy season . The waterfall disappears on other days. But the rocks , curvatures and peace is what makes the place worth visiting.
It's not an island. It's just an place like rest room where ancient kings are used to eat their breakfast here. That's why it's called as breakfast island.
Don't expect too much it's just a tiny water fall .. Distance is also too much from any sector . This place is good if you totally tired of city life and you want to drive and relax . During rainy season you could find the best view. No food no water and no toilet . No gain no pain.
Not a place where u can play with water The water was not clean
A very nice and peaceful place. Only 12 kms away from Rourkela. Do have a visit in rainy season time only and enjoy the calmness of nature here. U have to trekk through a narrow way atleast for 60 to 70 metres. Could be a nice place for photoshoot/hangout with friends.
