We have visited the dental doctor. And she have said that if she do root canal and cap she will do in 2 sittings .. but the same dental doctor have suggested for surgeon he will do in 1 sitting we have agreed for it . And the doctor we have consulted she only took our number and she said that when surgeon come I will call you when he comes ... it's been 1 month but she never called ...one of the irresponsible doctor .. if she can't call. Reception people can call it's better to go to a government hospital... if Google would have gave 0 rating. I will give -0... the worst thing is they give reply to 4 or 5 stars they never gave reply to 1 star

This review is for the Guru Nanak Hospital (Musheerabad).. The first impression walking into this section of their hospital is awful.. The receptionist is utterly unprofessional and is her own world all the time, she treats customers as she is doing a great favor talking to them.. Doesn't give details as required and we need to ask her everything we have to kept informed upfront.. We had gone their to get a check up for our Father but I didn't like the environment one bit right from minute one.. The report for the diagnosis wasn't sent even after one week and receptionist doesn't give a care when asked.. I called up for the report of the diagnosis and she says there a customer who arguing on the phone.. hospitals have to friendly and they need to receive people with a smile but its not a case here.. Disgusting customer experience!!
