Guru Swamy's Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Pala, Mutholy - Kottayam, India

Guru Swami's Restaurant is a very good Place and one of the Best Restaurants in Mutholy where we get Good Food in a Small Budget. They have Toilet Facility and a Family Area also.

I used to go to this hotel almost every day. It was close yo my hostel. The food is good out there and especially that egg curry and I used to order it daily. The people there are also very good and very friendly too.

It's one of the oldest tea shops (it was not even called a restaurant at that time) at Mutholy Junction, en route Pala from Kottayam, around 5 KMs before Pala. The then owner Guru Swami used to serve delicious food starting very early in the morning. There used to be a line of trucks waiting on the road for the driver and assistants to have food. Now the hotel is run by the next generation. Good options are there in breakfast with traditional Kerala food. It's a very small hotel with few seats. Crowd is normal only.

Good restaurant. Reminds me of the authentic hotels of the olden days. Nice service. Not easily noticed from main road.
