service is good but staff is very rude those one who is sitting in room no 7 refraction room lady is soo rude with petient

This is time consuing hospital. Seems the staff is careless and parchi/ cards are re -arraged. If your token number is below 20 and you think that you will get free early. Then it could be your mistake. If you ask staff to check your card, they simply ignore. Even govt hospitals are not so time consuing.

Real service to humanity Totally fee even costliest operations for common man. Every patient is cared n respected. No caste, no status is asked, Check up, operation, specs all free. Accessible to common public, so there is rush of common man but being managed nicely .Snacks,tea and food are also free of cost. True to sikh tradition and name Guru ka langer in the service of humanity Hats off to founder and charity trust.

It is quite difficult/impossible for a common man to have a treatment within a day due to heavy unmanageable rush due to lack of doctors. Rude staff pushing people outside the premises. They need to make lots of improvement to serve the people better by having bigger space with increase of number of doctors. Presently going over there is a waste of time and energy and self respect. Lady sitting at reception keeps visitors waiting for long time for continuance of her constant conversation on her mobile phone. Wish them best of luck.

I really appreciate the work they guys are doing and they provide free eye checkup & operations but if you want to come then come when you have a whole day because i come with my mom and They made us wait for 4 hours just to write next date of visit on a card. And I don't know what time the doctors come but they don't come before 09:30.
