Not so developed gym, all equipments are old and some equipment are not working. But overall my experience is good.
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is a central university located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. It is one of the largest and oldest institution of higher education of Chhattisgarh. Established under Central Universities Act 2009, No. 25 of 2009. Formerly known as Guru Ghasidas University (GGU), established by an Act of the State Legislative Assembly, was formally inaugurated on June 16, 1983. GGV is an active member of the Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities. The National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited the University as B+. The university is named after the Satnami Guru Ghasidas. GGV is a non-residential institution.[3] There are only three hostels at GGV, two for boys and one for girls. Hostels have facilities as vegetarian mess, gymnasium, play grounds, reading room, TV room etc. There is Internet Facility in Hostels. They have a good academic environment for students. Faculty members of university act as wardens for supervision of them. Only central University of chhattisgarh. Better than other colleges in Bilaspur and other state universities. Attendance is the main thing that takes the students stay here. Environment is very good covered with trees and greenery. Quality of administration and studies can be improved otherwise best college in Chhattisgarh to study at a very low cost.
