Gurdeep Dhaba - Dhaba in Kouiyal - Bidar, India

Don't hesitate if you see a lot of truck drivers here. must try malai roti, daal tadka, kali daal(it's medium spicy, you can ask to make it spicier). Jeera rice was bit dry. Lassi's taste was on but inconsistent. I don't know how the waiter here manages to 1. orate the menu 2. oscillate between tables continuously to take your order 3. prepare lassi 4. put tandoori roti in tandoor oven But still manage to server order on time Prices are what you expect on dhaba. Verdict: Best dhaba on Solapur-Hyderabad highway!

40 years old original highway dhabha. Still operates in the original ambiencethe way it was built 40 years back. Food is good made in the traditional punjabi dhabha way, low in spices, and easy to digest.

Food is on point if you're looking for something good on the highway it's surely a place to be. You can bring your pets here and they'll arrange a table remotely so pets aren't disturbed at all. The Dal and Rice will soothe your stomach and prepare you for the rest of your journey too. Things to eat here - Egg Bhurji, Dal Tadka, Black Dal with rice or Roti whatever you prefer. I tried butter roti and tbh it was really really nice. The good thing is, they'll serve you hot/warm food even if it's roti. They'll just pass by and shower you with rotis whenever you need that way at least you'll get hot hot rotis to eat. Don't expect much of the ambience as it's roadside dhaba run by some Punjabi/Khalsa people and omg they surely know how to cook food. You'll find a few dhabas before this place which looks nice and comfy, don't fall for the trap and go a little ahead to this place itself because the food here will not disappoint you.

Loved the food here. Authentic punjabi dhaba at very economical rate. We have ordered black urad dal with malai, kaju paneer,chaas and roti. They also served complimentary kheer to taste which was very good.

Good location for track parking.. Sardar Ji Dhaba... But they roti make with maida.

Ultimate taste, real desi dhaba not a Hotel, You must try the Aloo ke parothey 60rs with extra curd... Mumbai Highway Vibes.. True Punjabi Flavour..

Nice parathas, however some more efforts on side dishes will be appreciated!
