Dr. Surender Gupta- worst ever doctor I had ever seen in my life, rude behaviour, he got pitched off whenever I asked a question about my daughter's skin and started talking in english as soon he realised that we live out of India just to prove that he is a good doctor and can speak in english. I don't know if he was trying to prove something. He can be a good doctor I don't know but he is not a good human being, avoid visiting him if you can. I wish there was an option of giving a minus star as he doesn't even reserve a 1 star.

Poorly managed hospital. Dr Surendra Gupta and his staff is least concerned about time of his patients. Keep them waiting for hours before he comes to hospital. The staff behave rudely with patients when they demand fees back after no show from doctor. You should explore other options.

Very mismanaged. There is no proper clarity on when the doctor will see you. The doctor himself is very dismissive! He didn't even care to listen to the whole problem and dismissed it in 10 sec.

Doctor is good, but staff is good for nothing, no manners how to talk, how to treat, they behave like in govt. Hospital,, actually not expected from such a huge reputed hospital
