I had a rather disappointing experience during my recent visit Gupta Sandwich Belapur. I ordered a Veggie Mayo Toast and paid for it. However, upon reviewing my receipt later, I realized that I had been charged for a regular Veg Toast instead. It's not a matter of being overcharged; the issue stemmed from the person taking my order not paying attention.
When I brought this discrepancy to the staff's attention, they were not very accommodating and even pointed fingers at me. This lack of customer service was disheartening.
To add to my frustration, when I returned to the counter around 7:30 PM, I was informed that they had run out of Mayo stuffing, a crucial ingredient for the Veggie Mayo Toast. This only compounded my disappointment.
Moreover, I couldn't help but notice that the lady behind the order counter was giving me a rather unwelcoming expression, almost as if questioning why I was back at the counter.
Overall, my experience at the restaurant left much to be desired, and I hope they can improve their service and attention to customer orders in the future.

The burger had literally nothing in it...jus a patty 2 slices of tomato nd sauce between the bun...
It had no veggies...no cheese... nothing...
Would suggest to never have burgers frm here better go with der regular sandwich menu!!

Very pathetic service. They were completing the orders of people coming after me as they had given big orders. Seems they have no value for small orders. Over prized. They promote for free delivery, but couldn't able to deliver just next door, Not at all recommended.

Specialised in sandwiches, it's the best place for vegetarian sandwiches. You get special and tasty beverages too here.

Is this a veggie cheese grilled jumbo sandwich. ?? Because cheese in no where to be seen. When asked the lady said cheese is only inside?? Is it the real gupta because i ate at vashi and nerul's gupta outlet and there veggie cheese grill sandwiches has cheese on top of the sandwich. Owner needs to look into this matter ASAP
Didn't like whatever I ate there... Pizza was chewy.... And salty... Ordered cheese chilli roast sandwich but it had pudina chutney and no flavour of cheese in it so totally disappointed.... Cheese was not normal and of low quality... Burger was ok....
