Dr. AK Gupta is a unprofessional, rude ,arrogant doctor with no manners. Pathetic experience. He is greedy and worst doctor. Staff is also rude arrogant Waste of money. No patients care, they only make money.

Yes it is 24 7 hospital but you will not get assitence 24 7 ... not even doctors but also the nurse ward boys and guard think of themselves as god.. they will not give u clear picture what exactly you are going through even they will give u wrong medicines also. They are new financial thug of uttam nagar .. so people if u love your near and dear once please do not go there..elsw when 300rs slip will turn 3lakh u will not able to understand and patience will remain same

Dr. AK Gupta is an old arrogant and mannerless Doctor. He thinks he is God and knows everything without proper consultation. He does not listen to patients problems fully and makes his own conclusions prematurely. He also does not provide proper explanation of treatment and even scolded me for asking (arre hum ilaaj jar rahe hain na hum pe choose de). Even his language is highly unprofessional (using words like tu/tera/etc. even for my father who must be elder to him). Shows his upbringing ! Apart from not providing proper diagnose they also wrote wrong discharge summary and when asked, they said its needed for CGHS claim as simple procedure like piles are not approved easily (BTW they admitted my father for 1 week for it). Room facility and Nurses were good, left my father with them without attendant for 24 hor as well and they took good care. Giving one more star for that. Also to mention the small canteen outside (at entrance), very humble Mallu guy serving basic things, like Tea/Coffee/Snacks.
