Gupta brothers are a name famous in Kolkata Streets known for salty snacks, sweets, and high tea snacks too but the owner/co owner who sits at cashier desk, his behaviour is what I never liked.
It may be like this that i always have a bad day with them.
Eatables/sweets are of good quality, hygienic too, and mostly fresh. One should try kaju barfi from here. It's tastes the best neither too sweet nor too plain.
My concern is with their customer service and behaviour that impacts the atmosphere. I hope they will upgrade soon.
Another branch of Gupta Brothers in Mission Row.This is a 2 storeyed pure veg outlet , fully air conditioned with seating arrangements for those who prefer eating at the outlet .They serve a very good variety of sweets and snacks .Location is good and so is the price . But as per the name hygiene should be maintained .Customers are paying this high a price for this reason only I suppose .

Good vegetarian food joint. You can also buy variety of sweets here. Very tasty. Only flip side is that they don't have seating arrangements. But you can have your bite inside.

Extremely worst administration and behavior by specially the Manager and other employees of Chandni Chowk branch.
The Manager behaves with the customers in a very unprofessional and disgraceful way.
The employees denies to serve as per the requirements of the customers and turns off AC to pressurise the customers to act according to their tune.
The bathroom is very unhygienic with no supply of water.
The employees and specially the manager of Chandni Chowk branch is a disgrace to your Institution.
Please take care of the issue or else your institution will loose more and more customers day by day due to the manager and other employees.

It's an amazing place to have breakfast or snacks.. I have been having their hing kacuri for years now, it tastes the same, you should enjoy the kachuri with the chatnee. They do have other snacks, i really loved their dahi vada as well. Must try.
