The Water Facility, Municipality is very good But, In Guntakal There were No Colleges for Graduation and atleast it has No Diploma college. This place is good for leaving but not that much good for employability.
It's really been one of the fast developing towns in Anantpur District. Tourist spots around Guntakal include Sri Nettikanti Anjaneyaswami Temple (Kasapuram), Rasasiddula Gutta (Konakondla), Gooty Kota (Gooty). However infrastructure in the town is lagging far behind than expected. Being a Railway Division is one of it's great advantage!

It's a wonderful and very different type and different peoples are there,here rich person are there and poor persons are there, food quality also different in different area I think all most very low rate in food and in guntakal nera market and janakamma hotel and Ramesh hotel are good in tifuns and meals also but no at night and night food good near govt hospetal many trains are there and railway workers also and it has separate area is there only for railway workers saparate hospetal saparate school saparate calony I think quite good sooo I love guntakal
