I had a Surgery here in Aug'23 and below are my honest observations.. 1. A strict no go if you don't understand Tamil, the Nurses/Staff here don't understand anything other than Tamil, & what is scarry is they understand one thing & communicate one thing to the doctor. 2. Untidy Rooms- the room allotted to us was very untidy with spots on the linen, the washroom seemed like a junk yard with all the stuff dumped there..also they will rush your discharge once you have been operated irrespective of your condition..just to vacate the room.. 3. Unprofessional helpline no- they were unresponsive most of the time I call and couple of times I could connect to inform about the problem faced after the surgery, I was simply told to double the dosage without even consulting any doctor. 4. Insurance - 1st thing they will ask is whether you have insurance, and if they get to know about it then you are gone..they will eke out everything of it..there any many reputed hospitals like Apollo that offer much better treatment & facilities at a much lower cost.. Finally don't go by all the fake reviews out there & commit a mistake that i did..consider all the above and make a informed decision

Dr Manu mam is friendly and knowledgeable. Not giving any unnecessary treatment. She attended both my deliveries here and both are normal delivery. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you Dr and keep up ur good work !

Dr. ManuLakshmi is the best doctor, more than a doctor she is a best friend to me. I really got a positive and best result from her treatment being blessed with a baby girl and she turned a yr old too.

A strict no for North Indians at least. None of the nurses understand Hindi or English, you will tell them something and they will communicate something else to the doctor. They won't tell you anything in detail as a doctor should tell. They will just say that everything is fine even when nothing is fine.

Meet Dr Karthik for Pilonidal Sinus . Dr Karthik is a professional at this work, examined me properly and told me opt for the surgery.It was a Laser Procedure, Minimal pain. Surgery took place on 11th September and was able to return to office on 16th September. Totally Satisfied. The insurance part was well handled by Dr.Vetri as result it did NOT cost as much. Mr Raman and Sister Sneha handled the dressing in a professional and friendly manner. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned Twice a day. Overall fully Satisfied with Dr Karthik and this team. The only con i felt was the shortage of staffs in Nursing and Account Team and also the waiting time to meet the Dr.

Very worst hospital and Mr Dr. Karthik i was just randomly visited to this hospital by seeing google it's shows near to me first reception sister was taken my details and waited for 20mins in waiting hall then my turns come back to see the doctor. When me and my wife open doctor door he welcome but he looks very attitude then i started to share my problems i think he is not interested to listen me and wrote the priscription for blood test and other test within a sec we come out. We show the report to reception sister asking consultant fees was 850rs and body test charging 11000 full and full worst hospital. Pls don't visit this place and don't consult this Dr. Karthik money minded

Biggest fraud hospital in chennai. All 5 stars are fake reviews. Very poor management. Doctors are only for iv treatment. Don't go for normal pregnancy treatment or other medication. No basic equipment for treatment. Staffs are rude. We lost our money and peace. They will show you something, while you enquire, but they will give something when you admit.
