I personally love this boutique hotel. Great atmosphere, helpful staff and ultimate rooms. Situated near the collectorate circle, almost all the tourist places are easily accessible.

Hotel is clean and room is comfortable. staffs are professional with customer oriented behavior. Restaurant in front of hotel added value to travelers. Location is very near to train station. Best place to stay for travelers. Totally loved this place.

This a very good place near Collectorate circle.. Approx 1 km from railway station and Sindh Camp Metro. Rooms are good and spacious and it has an in-house restaurant - Gulab ji Chai which is popular among young crowd. Ambience of this restaurant is good and I would recommend booking your room including breakfast. Staff are humble and helpful.

The total Experience was good. Its a nice Small Boutique hotel at a very Good Location. It is 4.5 star rating from my side.. but Google reviews dont allow to give me that 0.5 option. In the Price it was a pretty awesome. Cooperative staff, decent hotel. 0.5 deduction was just for its inconvinient parking facility. For a business trip its a budget good boutique hotel.

This place is being run by highly untrained staff who know nothing about hospitality politeness.Every aspect of this hotel/room gave us a terrible experience. Sharing below detailed point-wise experience:1. We had booked a room for 4 family members, despite all the inclusion (extra bed & breakfast) hotel staff refused both the items and demanded additional cash for both the items. While the extra bed issue got resolved in evening after timely intervention from goibibo executive however next day morning during breakfast again same thing happened over breakfast and we had to pay extra cash. 2. Bedsheets, pillow covers on the bed were completely dirty and tray on which water cattle, tea & coffee bags were placed had a thick layer of dust. Moreover no towel in bathroom.3. I had booked their premium room and despite that their was no water bottle inside the room and they demanded extra cash for the same.4. Room lock was malfunctioning.5. As I said above, this hotel is being run by boys totally out of their line when talking to customers. Rudely is the only way they speak Seems they don't care about customer experience at all.I would strongly recommend not to book this hotel, you'll get far better and welcoming options in Jaipur.Room hygiene, Staff behaviour, Overall experience

Really nice property at great location. Rooms and bed are big enough. Clean and cosy rooms. Cafe attached to the hotel entrance (Gulab chai: which is quite full of people). Prices were reasonably good.

The service in this hotel is pathetic. The rooms are decent but trust me it doesn't make up for every other thing that went wrong with this hotel. 1st & foremost - they'd no idea our booking was for that day, 2nd they gave us our rooms 20 mins after reaching there that too only 1 room. The 2nd room was getting ready as "painting" was still going on. When asked why would they schedule the painting to be done when most people would not be okay with paint fumes or could be allergic to it, not only they didn't care, they gave us the room which was freshly painted and the paint fumes made it unlivable. After stating again, that we have a 2 year old kid with us and that most of us are allergic to paint smell, AFTER that the manager said he will do something about it. The manager - Veer - was as clueless about everything as us. Not his fault tho, the owners didn't care enough i guess to have more staff and literally VEER was the only staff available. There was no other staff present and according to Veer everyone else was on "leave". No subs. There was no help offered with the luggage except by veer, that too on asking. There were no glasses and water available in the room. There weren't any towels available in the room. There was so much dust in the room we had to ask them something as basic as cleaning the kettle. We had paid for extra bedding in one of the rooms, which was basically one thin mattress on the floor, thats all. They didn't even give us proper blanket to sleep in for the extra bedding. No extra towel was given for extra person and the manager behaved as if the extra rate for extra person wasn't paid by us, after which i told him that our booking included all the extra rates for an extra person. He gave us another room instead of the painted one and acted like HE IS doing us a favor instead. There was no geyser in the bathroom also, in the new room. He asked us to adjust with the other family members for hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a limited 4-5 options and that too was served to us with such disgrace as if we are eating for free. Basically they have a cafe right outside which works really well and the whole staff was involved there so they were ignoring the hotel Property. So if its such a problem, why open it for guests? Just keep it closed! Do NOT live here even if its just for a 1 night halt. Terrible experience for us for a hotel which has good enough rooms and is located in the heart of the city! You guys could really do so much better. EVERYTHING. Literally EVERYTHING.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel, most importantly, because of the fact that hotel is being run by a ameture boys that too hardly 2-3 for this entire property. Location of this hotel and room size is good but apart from that there is no positive point. For a so called 3 star hotel they don't even put towels on bathroom, dirty bedsheets, dust in the room everywhere, no water bottles, no kitchen and top it up with very rude staff behaviour. Seems owner don't seems to be caring for this property. Cafe outside this hotel is good infact cafe has more staff than this hotel. This is a total disaster of a property and totally avoidable specially if you're travelling with family.
