The people living in local vicinity can visit for morning/evening walk. The park has a walking track for morning walk/jogging. You can visit the park for outings along with your friends/family. There is a sufficient street parking available near to the park.
One of the beautiful and well maintained public parks in Baramulla area, which is located on the right flanks of river Jhelum. Well laid tracks/paths for morning joggers and evening walkers in Baramulla town. It also has amenities for the amusement of children. Lots of ornamental plant varieties, well manicured lawns.
Beautiful place needs more maintenance , yes you can spent quality time there.
Beautiful view of hills surrounded by trees and river flowing, atmosphere is good for family get together. Food items are allowed. Toilets are in a bad conditions without water. Kids playing train and swinging items are attractive for kids mood.

Park is beautiful, but the management is really poor and the idiot people visiting it should learn some civic sense. Everywhere I see people throwing garbage around. No one there to clean, besides most of the slides also broken since years. I don't understand what the hell they collect money for while clearly they don't spend it for the betterment of the park.
It is a nice park. 25 rupees entry ticket on the bank of river jehlum in Azad gunj baramulla. It is not huge park but it is really good for singles to hangout... For couples to enjoy privacy. And for old people to enjoy some moments of solitude or enjoy with their old counter parts. Park is not big enough for family visit. Although family can enjoy a break or travellers can have some moments of relief and rest.. and feel the continuous breeze of river jehlum.
