I was here for the West Coast Riders Meet held on 7-8-9 Oct 2022, and found the place to be really awesome. The owner of the resort flagged off our competitions and gave the trophies to the winners; shows his hospitable nature. The staff were all very helpful and attentive in everything all the bikers needed. Rooms were clean and the food for breakfast, lunch, as well as dinner was perfectly cooked and served. The pool area was also beautiful along with well trimmed trees and plants all around. I would definitely visit this place again with friends or family.

Note - I visited the place to attend a destination wedding so I have not used all the amenities. The food is decent and okayish. The stay is really amazing. Hospitality was decent. Amenities - table tennis and pool table were not operational. Overall, it was a good and decent experience.

This was booked for the weekend short stay with Family and Friend's family, booked for 13/08/2022 to 16/08/2022 for super deluxe category; being the long weekend their was ample people. We struggled with getting the room on time. The room alloted to us first wasn't with sufficient lighting, AC wasn't functioning properly, fans weren't having functioning regulators; upon escalating they offered us alternate room which was again on similar line but better then previous. We ordered a room service at 10.18pm and we received the order at 11.40pm. This didn't occur once, the earlier day they refused to offer the service. Room service wasn't just poor it was extreme pathetic. We were the families with kids and we literally find it difficult to deal with such leisure and such convenience. Wouldn't recommend this property for the public weekends. There could be considerable improvement in the property (maintenance point of view) and the service to offer better user experience. Note: We really enjoyed the food at the property but with overall experience, we didn't feel delighted. Hope this would be reaching till management and they take necessary actions to improve. Good place for the families for outing or holidays with good ambience and suits were also good and spacious with amnities which was ok but there was one thing to mention that it's available with only vegetarian recipes options and this can be information for many peoples but rest all was more than ok.

Rooms are big, neat and clean. Services are great too. I started there for 2 days and the variety of food provided was great! There are activities to do everyday from morning to night so you'd never get bored even if you don't have a big group to go with.

Rooms has no aesthetic appeal... Looks like dharmshala... Food is awsome and function arrangements were good Staff is good and ready to provide services but they have not enough manpower for timely service
