One of the worst possible places to stay. The owners have no idea of the rules and regulations. They assure you of giving rooms and then turn it down on slightest pretext. Zero empathy, Zero courtesy, Zero Service. Please think twice before wanting to book here for a stay. It seems they have rooms for other purposes. Pathetic.

Worst hotel ever, hotel room cost Rs 1600, and room amenities not even worth 16 paise. The guard asks for money before leaving. In the name of room service, a water bottle worth Rs 20 is given for Rs 25. The health tap of the commode will be found broken, you can flush but cannot wash. Poor, poor, just poor. The only thing good is the view.

It is good and safe but there service is moderate. Room is good but the tv is not working. If you book from yoyo in love price but they don't provide room to you and if you give complaint about it to yoyo then yoyo don't respond on your complaint. So i suggest you to book hotel after you reached the hotel. Other wise everything thing is smooth and nice. View is good . Another service are overall.

I got to see your very bad service, I had heard about it but saw it yesterday, My booking was on yesterday's date, on visiting the property receptionist asked to charge extra from the price.Receptionist's behavior was very bad and he was giving my example to the people coming there that if I did not pay extra money then I would stand outside, if he would give then he would get room.I called customer service 2 times and they put me on hold for 14 minutes and cut the call, On calling 3rd time customer care they said you wait on hold we talk to area manger and talk to property owner, customer service ne kha aap maine owner se baat ki h aapko room mile ga main receptionist ke pass gya usne phir dene se inkaar kar diya,After standing in the rain for 2 hours, I saw when nothing could happen, the customer service waved: so I left.I have seen the failure truth of such a big company towards your customers.People are humiliated by relying on (Oyo), and Oyo does nothing because they doesn't care.Your area manager and receptionist got their phones talked to, whose name was Rajesh, he said they don't give rooms below 1200,So why did you give me 998 May booking, So why did you give me booking of 998 May, I had called OYO and confirmed it, then it did not cost me 1200 rupees.same less And property owners also don't care about there hospitality and staff behavior

Very poor.. Worst service ever. The staff are also very arrogant Rooms are damaged.. Washroom not ok..

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

The checkin was smooth.it had the best people who would surely make you feel comfortable. Beyond all these,you must have a good service like towel,good food until 12 midnight. Overall it's the best experience.

Very bad experience I booked this hotel from OYO hotel staff charged me 300 Rs extra and didn't even provided the receipt and property owner also doesn't care very bad hotel hospitality is worst.
