Gulmohar Greens Golf & Country Club Limited - Golf club in Sanand - Ahmadabad, India

Lovely place to rejuvenate amidst the green landscape and luxury! The rooms are very comfortable! The hospitality of the staff is remarkable! Very prompt service despite being the vacation time! The sports complex is also very well maintained! Highly recommended for all age groups including senior citizens!

Strange things: 1) I travel every week across India and first time in may be decade I came across a place where Wi-Fi is chargeable. May be they want guest to reflect and spend time with them selves? But I feel Wi-Fi is a necessity not luxury. 2) No Sir: staff is not well trained and not so professional. Need a good amount of training to all of them. One person told us that there will be a movie show at 12am and we went to book for the same at 10 and we saw him winding up things saying pls come tomorrow 9pm. That time we got to know that even 9pm show was not running. He also mentioned that if they don't have enough guest they accept 1100/- and start the show specially for the guest. At 10pm he differs saying that our management has changed the policy suddenly. 3) one key per one room: It's also one of the policies that they only issue one key per one room even if you have three-four family members in one room. When I request for one more key they said we will check with management and let you know. Guys Think, Decide and Visit!

Since I received my guests as tourist guide, I didn't had opportunity to go further to reception. The approach from Sarkhej-Sanand Highway is not good. Such a lavish club, should work out a good solution to it. Even street lights are not from there or are not working. More signage should be put to reach to reception and even for exit, during night time.

I had planned a Candle Light Dinner for my wife's birthday, which falls on Christmas Day (When many restaurants denied coz of there group bookings).. The guy managed all the things so well that we both couldn't forget that day forever. They provided us with an amazing place where we were driven by a golf car. The rose petaled walk way lit by Mashaals led us to a private table fully decorated with rose petals. The food was also too delicious. Thanks Club Management for hosting us.

Visited here for my first ever garba night in Gujrat. The experience is outstanding and atmosphere was thrilling. The organisers should be more punctual about the timing. Place is well maintained.

Went here for office outing, mostly for leisure and not Golf! The place is close to Ahmedabad so don't have to drive too far. Food was okayish or rather quite boring. I had Breakfast, Lunch and High Tea. Limited items served and even more limited if Jain preference . Did not enjoy the food at all. Indoor and Outdoor games were good and well maintained. The staff was handing over rackets, balls, etc. without any objections, which was a good thing. Enjoyed playing the games here. Good work there. Overall it was an okayish experience. I will not willing visit again anytime soon.

Though the location is too far and remote, but it is a good property. Huge lawn for a party. Rooms are also good.

Top knotch club with poor service and worst staff members including The manager RAMSINGH BAGHEL.. He will not listen to the problem instead he will threaten you by taking your membership number.. the rudest and most biased person in the premises. Have read many complaints against him in reviews.. but personally experienced it today.. The swimming receptionist was the same indeed.. They would give you a good lecture on hygiene but on the contrary they have 5-6 stray street dogs running in the property here and there.. lizards in the washroom and their reception sofas are sooo dirty...Their jogging track which is 1.8 km is not at all well maintained in certain areas. People who read the reviews must visit the lowest reviews of this place and one consistent thing I have noticed is MR RAMSINGH BAGHEL's poor behaviour with the guests..
