If I am to visit again then I will definitely not stay here. The rooms seemed to have been converted from store rooms or kitchen - small, unfinished. Toilets - we checked two rooms, both had dirty toilets and you know how it feels when you travel from far, check in & see stained toilets. The main building still seemed ok but I was given a room at the adjacent building, which seemed to have been made somehow to warn more money. Though I booked through a travel agency named Breezy travel, 2 months in advance, I got a very bad room and this stay was my worst one in this trip.
The rooms are mediocre and can be designed way better. The food and service is good. Since the hotel is very near to gondola ride point, it has a locational advantage.....
Very old and under maintained. Rooms were very small and not at all maintained. Food sucks. Staff was decent. I am sure there are better places than this. Do not go by existing photos

Hotel is very good. Nice spacious rooms. Good room heating facility available. Food was good. Very close to the gandola ride. Highly recommend.
Very bad experience during our one night stay. The water in the bath room was muddy. Intercom was not working. The staff were always eager to ask for tips and also bargain for tips. Only best thing is its location which is near to the Gondola ride.

Rooms are pretty average. But all points go to the location. What a scenic location it is. It was fully covered in snow, when we visited in March. Just a 5 min walk from the gulmarg cable car point. Good service and staff are very friendly. Food is also average, nothing special to describe about it. Overall very good experience because of the view and the location.

Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient.
Beautiful place to stay. Very well located as well. The rooms are cozy with heaters in it as well. Only 1 suggestion i would give is that the bathrooms can have some ventilation, else gets a bit stuffy. Staff is courteous, well spoken and prompt.
