Worst experience, AC will on but not work, flush is there won't work, room service is very poor, if we inform the issues also they won't respond at all. Simply waste of money. Here non AC room price is 1500, you'll get AC rooms outside in this price that too with a good facility. My suggestion is don't ever go to that hotel. In walls stains are also there, simply waste of money
Very small room it starts and ends, no hygiene but charged 1000, where as rate for that room cannot be beyond 500, washroom was stinking badly, if anyone goes in washroom will puke
Worst experience , I have booked for deluxe AC room. They allotted me Non ac room that very pungent smell, worse washroom ( flush is not working ) But during my check-in when i asked the reception why this happened , you have check the availability before accepting the booking , they told that rooms are filled. They don't have proper system ( no computer to check online bookings ) , there is proper power backup. Not safe for family travellers , worst attitude. Full of mosquitoes , TV is not working ( when I asked the reception they said due to rain there is signal ) whereas its actually subscription issue.
Got cheated from the manager(Mr. Manish) of the Gulbarga residency lodge with 5000 for the advance booking amount and when reached the place . We were clearlty denied on the booking and the rooms were not provided to us. It was a really horrible experience ! Never pay any advance booking money to this Lodge
The living experience is kind of fine not so good, the staff is not very punctual, rooms are big and has good facilities.
If i had an option to give 0 star I would prefer that.... Worst hotel I have ever been in my life... worst washroom and flush was not working even I saw rat in the washroom...... Worst maintenance... don't ever think to book this hotel even in emergency....
