It is a very nice hotel consideration how big and developed Kotma as a town is. The hotel management team is very polite but they take very long time to solve very minor issues like bringing towels etc.

My hotel is very nice places of but kotma public city is not good my own is best own in tha City not a hayper is a very positive natur and i am happy to my posting Shree Shyam palace reception manager i am so happy okk
Had really bad experience here. Manager was very ill-mannered to us. Atleast they should not be disrespectful to customers if they can't be polite.

Dr. Gajendra is one of the best physiotherapist I ever met. He is so humble. He has sound knowledge of physiotherapy. I recommend his centre for physiotherapy.
Only place in kotma for outing.it has good sights.the river has Rocky base over which water flows.it has several small waterfalls.it is a good spot for picnic too.i visited on15/09/20 in the evening at 5 pm.the water was warm.we were sitted on the ro
