Gulaab Niwaas Palace - Hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

I like this place. Up on a hill, the views are really nice. Breakfast is delightful, the rooms were very clean, and the pool is beautiful. And there are cute tortoises! I struggled with hot water the first night, and that made me grumpy. But the water was very hot the second night. Wifi is good enough.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was excited about the breakfast service, given the variety of items listed on the menu. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. First, the menu promised a wide range of options, but when I tried to order, I was informed that several items were out of stock. This was incredibly disappointing, as it felt like false advertising. Moreover, the service I received was far from friendly. The staff treated me as if I were inconveniencing them by ordering, which is not the kind of hospitality one expects at a hotel. It felt more like a charity service than a guest amenity. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their breakfast service, as it was a major letdown during an otherwise pleasant stay. Guests should be able to enjoy a satisfying breakfast with the options they were promised, and with a smile from the staff.

The security system is absolutely bad. The guards keep meeting the local people there. Those who are with the confectioner or the tent owner on the pretext of some work and trying to steal the guest's belongings.Be aware of security guards.

Booked suite with balcony, had a wonderful stay. Bathroom was big with bath tub. Swimming pool is good, food is good, hotel location is at height we can see whole city, view from room was fantastic and you can see clouds covering hills. Inside the hotel garden have tortoise, my 2 year old was fascinated to see them. You can see parrot and peacock easily. Mango, chiku and amla tree are also there. Proper parking space available at the gate outside, lift also present. Staff was happy to look after requirement. I think it is better than staying in resorts outside city or tents with similar or more room tariffs. Main temple and lake are at walking distance, they are nearby but can take auto also it will cover all locations one by one. If you are a walker it won't be a problem covering everything on foot. Cons: -Food is little on costly side. Even a glass of milk costed me 118rs everytime. -Avoid during rain as roads in main area get drowned.

We stayed at this place for 1 night. The hotel is well located at walking distance from the main road. The place offers spectacular views of the hills surrounding Pushkar. The view at night is equally mesmerizing. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk inside. Really liked our stay here, had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had a great view. The pool was a relaxing area, the breakfast was good but had limited options. The hotel is in a quiet location 15-20 minutes walk to the center which was not a problem for us. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will be there again.

Mauvaise experience. Chambre sale et salle de bain qui se transforme en piscine apres la douche. Peu de choix au petit dejeuner. Je n'y retournerai certainement pas.

Amazing property. The location and the views are all super good! North Indian food tastes amazing.
