Had a very negative experience, left us feeling sad, angry and frustrated at the way the staff were handling their patient. It was heartbreaking to watch helplessly as it was not possible to shift my relative to a good hospital in her critical condition. (Dr?) Swati Patel should remember that this is a profession that requires a great deal of compassion for human lives. Repulsive body language portrayal and absolutely zero mannerism, made it a hellish experience for my dear relative and family. It is sensitive situation for any family to go through devastating moments like this on top of it to watch healthcare professionals treating their patient so badly, altogether is simply unforgivable. None of the doctors who are genuinely caring, knowledge and respectful would ever behave or talk in an insensitive manner with a patient or their loved ones no matter how challenging or difficult the situation is, and that is what makes them a real professional ,in my experience. This is the first time in my life i came across such a rude doctor. No other doctor is behaving like this.This is my personal experience. The very reason why she has the freedom to behave in such an insentive manner in this health care centre, has me got no trust in this facility. I simply leave it to their own conscience and karma. Made a huge mistake coming here. Also, its been many days we are waiting for the patient file to be prepared, still no progress, reason being the person in charge is "absent", which is not our problem, it is the management's responsibility to hand over the work to someone else. Although it was told to us that it will be prepared in 2 to 3 days, but its been over 15 days. All other staff say they dont have any idea about it. This is the amount of troubles we have to go through simply for trusting in this hospital in the first place. This is totally unprofessional and intolerable. We will never visit again and we strongly recommend not to visit this hospital.

Behalf of Pt. Shubham khurpass - Yesterday evening the staff said that your approval has not come hence they will not discharge and will keep under observation. Then at 11 am in the morning the doctor said discharge him. After that , On asking the duty doctor she said that will discharge him in an hour , After waiting for 2 hours no response we got from the staff and billing and TPA, when the relatives asked the staff, they said that the approval had not come. Whereas after talking to the insurance company, it is found that the staff has just sent an email for approval. It's Mean from last night till today after the doctor said discharge, the staff was lying that it has been submitted for approval (they not specified about pre-auth or final) Still have to wait for 2 hours for the final approval, because the patient informed the company from his end and the hospital people had not even put the file for approval. Expenses of 15k have given in time of admission for circumcision but TPA department put the bill of 28k.. While the patient's circumcision was done, he was not shifted to a private room, neither was he in an emergency nor was he taking any medicine after the operation. Treatment and care from doctors and nurses is all good but, management is very careless, liar and time waster. Worst experience.. Dr. Yogita

Dr Pragnesh is not listening to patient problem. He suggested multiple reports and took hardly 1 mins to check the report and said no medicine is required and did not given any advice. Dr Pragnesh should learn how to understand patients problem and give suitable advice. I went to different Dr and he has explained report in very details. Also suggested what should be avoided and given some medicine.

Management is very poor, usually they don't allow shoes or sleeper to patients relative inside hospital, staff has allowed to take shoes and dust from outside to the hospital, this is very insulting when some one going without instructions and you had been stopped to remove your shoes, rules should be same for everyone, even they do not allow use lift to the patient relative, It suggested to shoes cap to the management but they said that it is costly. It has been also seen that if you have source then only you can break this shoes or lift role, which is very insulting for other . There is also huge shoes rack at outside of ICU, which is full every time, if shoes not allowed inside hospital then whose shoes are those. Security staff is very rude. I had not seen such management before, if you are going to treat in this hospital then please make prepare your self that you are going to insulting by security staff.

I got operated for my 7 cm ovarian cyst / mass and Uterus removal, [cystectomy and Hysterectomy] by Dr. Pragnesh Bharpoda and Dr. Nikita Bharpoda. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and kind.
