It's a good place but not that great.....few problems like room and restroom are too small,,,anyways room service was ok okish
They've improved. Seems like the cheapest paints in the market are orange and yellow. If the colour scheme was to attract attention then it is partly doing the job even though on the flip-side it gives it a very low-market low-quality look. Not premium-level service apartments but ideally located in open clean surroundings on DC office road close to everything.
It is ideal if you are a light traveller who are in Udupi for a day. No lift and you have to carry all your luggage to which ever floor you are staying. That is a drawback
It was a very pleasant stay, decent place and very courteous staff. Special mention to the manager who obliged for a couple of hours of early check in and also held on to our luggage while we were out after the checkout. Highly recommend the stay

It's an average place to stay I mean the rooms are just okay if you are going to manipal for one or two days nd you just want some place to sleep at,then this place is quite ok, nd if you want some nice good spacious place to stay then you should opt for another hotels. The services are mostly active during the weekend time otherwise you will have to ask the caretaker for everything on work days, rest everything is average I will say and you won't get tea or food items so help yourself thr.
