Worst ever hotel to stay in Chennai. Rude behavior, they ask for more money and rooms are very bad, dirty, bad maintenance. Their only motive is money, Please, Don't choose this hotel. It's totally not safe to stay here.
Receptionist was drunken and arrogant . So I called Local police (108) and then they came 8.30. After That only receptionist give me the key for room. KVR Guest House washroom < Public Washroom* I Highly Recommend to people never waste your time and Money here.....
I can't even give one starr for this .. in life this is the worst room ever. I dont want to spoil their businesss.. but atleaset for the customer they need to give basic amenities. This staffs are very arrogant. I booked a room in oyo with the price of 514 here they are asking extra 250 to stay. Then when i visited the room which is very very very worst.

Worst experience....they made us wait for 2 hours... and asked us to go to another lodge as it was full.... gave us to use a washroom which wasnt clean or maintained and it was used by the workers out there.... after few hours they gave us a room where the taps where not working....it wasnt clean.... if you guys wanna go for a romantic date for few hours u can use it... i wouldn't suggest u to stay long !

I have checked in today morning around 9am even though the room was vacant the hotel people charged me 250 which I paid inorder to get the keys. The room was in a pathetic condition. No bedsheets, Towel etc were provided. Also the washroom was not clean and the water was flooding. Wifi also was not available as promised. Due to all this I check out now only (around 3:39pm) and decided not to stay there.
