We visited for the first time to try hing kachori, but unfortunately, it was not available. As a substitute, we opted for aloo pyaj kachori with kadi. However, the taste didn't meet our expectations. Also they didn't provide spoons, Which made us to eat with our hands, which was quite uncomfortable.

Kachori is yummy served with hot kadhi or Chhole (as per your choice).There Kachori Reminds me of Ajmer's Kadhi Kachori I just love Kadhi Kachori which is authentic of Ajmer and it's difficult to find that taste in Udaipur. But this is little close to that one. Although ajmer one is bit more spicy.
Khaman(Dhokla) was delicious as well.

Asked to pack his famous Hing kachori, he did and I asked did you pack your Hing chutney/paani? He said Hing is already there in the kachori. Went home and heated kachori, found there is NO taste of Hing in it. Though the kachori itself wasn't bad and the accompanying kadhi too was good, but I didn't buy normal kachori, I bought Guddu's famous Hing Kachori. Completely dissatisfied. I have enjoyed Hing kachori in Kota a lot, so people who know Kota Hing kachori will know what I mean to say.
I have seen 2/3 videos of this place , food bloggers have posted so i think of give it a try . But it was below my expectation as seen in the videos and heard in the videos , i had pyaj kachori with chole , taste was not that gud they have mix chole chatni kadi nd oll in one kachori but none of taste is properly defined ,also the spoon nd bowl in which they provide kachori was very much of low quality the bowl get very swaggy that we cant even hold it properly till the end of eating , all over i can give 2.5 out of 5 but there is no option for .5 so i m giving 3 .the taste and allover points it was below average . This may be of great taste for local people. But if you have ever been to Kota and eat kachoris there then you will find this place normal.
Actually the taste they are offering is because of Hing and that will actually hit you in your taste buds.
Hing Pani is unlimited here and is actually of great taste and being true, much much better than the snacks.
