Gudalur Cosmopolitan Club - Club in Chembakolli - The Nilgiris, India

Wonderful Experience We couple had been to this wonderful club on 24th October and stayed for a day. Manager Mr Mani is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms though old are really clean and well kept. Food is great and workers are very hospitable and serve with a smile . Great stay in all, Nice backyard with hill view and we get to see deer,peacocks and mouse deer in the mornings and late evenings. Entry only for members and affiliated club members

This club is like as resort. Nice service. Separate shuttle and tennis ground. Good dining area. Very clean room . Panneer cook done great job

Being Members of an Affiliated Club From Chennai we decided to stay here on a trip to Mudhumalai and Ooty on holiday A nice quaint setup 2-3 kms from Gudalur Town on one side and 2-3 kms just outside Mudhumalai Reserve Forest gates We were lucky to get the best rooms in the house overlooking the tennis court and the hills in the distance The staff were super nice, kind and well Trained in their respective skills We had some really spicy meals during our stay and the chef was kind enough to tone the spice down on day 2 of our trip I am not sure if you can book accommodation if you are jot a member or an affiliated club member but it is well worth the stay Ask for the Pine cone room 204 if you can manage that We loved the stay here and enjoyed the hospitality showed to us by the staff during our stay

We spent a memorable weekend at The Gudalur Cosmopolitan club. A fantastic place for nature and food lovers. The view from the balcony is awesome. The food is great and made to order.

Very calm and quiet place. Decent room. Good service. Food was good. Best sandwich we've ever had. But options were very less. Reasonable price.

Meetings, conferences and special events for club members will be allowed. Similarly, only conferences and meetings of organizations affiliated to the club are permitted.

Awesome ambience, clean and well kept rooms, staff is very helpful. Food is excellent, the cook will go out of his way to please your tummy.

Good place to stay.. the food management is little difficult.
