Highly congested area. Unhygienic and dusty place. Buses are available but the area is too crowded for a bus station. You can get bus to kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu from this bus stand. If properly managed, it could be one of the best bus stops. it is situated exactly at gudalur junction. Shops are easily accessible, Rikshas are available. Taxi stand is very close. Many rooms, lodges are available near this bus stop.

Bus stand is situated under the Ooty valley so the scenery is awesome. Words can't describe the beauty, bus stand is small and not enough space to enter all buses.

My experience at Gudalur bus stand was quite disappointing. The bus stand is very small and lacks adequate space for bus parking, leading to congestion and difficulty in maneuvering the vehicles. The limited space resulted in buses being parked haphazardly, causing further inconvenience to passengers. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bus stand left much to be desired. The lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness was evident, making the environment uninviting and unpleasant for passengers. One major inconvenience was the absence of public toilets. For a transportation hub that caters to numerous travelers, the absence of clean and accessible restroom facilities is a significant drawback. This lack of basic amenities added to the overall discomfort of passengers. In conclusion, Gudalur bus stand requires immediate attention and improvements. The small size, lack of space for bus parking, congestion, poor cleanliness, and absence of public toilets make it an unsatisfactory place for travelers. Proper maintenance and the addition of essential facilities would greatly enhance the overall experience for passengers using this bus stand.

From this bus stand, you can see surrounding mountains. This is the hub of surrounding villages/estates. Buses available to reach Mudumalai and Bandipur Tiger Reserve in the gap of 15 to 30 minutes. Bus available to reach Masinagudi. But specific time only.

There is no place to sit there, the benches aren't available to sit there to wait for bus

Bus stand should maintain well there is no passengers waiting shelter no toilet's around and there is no proper information center i think Maintains are under going hope will be done properly thank you

Pretty pathetic to say the least. Could have been upgraded during the recent renovations but sadly the Indian public does not have any civic sense and hence you can implement any new initiatives. Its a garbage dump.
