While planning our honeymoon trip our first thought for a travel agency was GT Holidays and it was the best decision that we had taken. Everything from the first call till the completion of the trip was done perfectly. We planned our trip to Kerala for 4 days and 3 nights and covered Munnar, Alleppey and Kochi. Mr. Mahesh was very helpful and understanding in curating our itinerary for the trip. Also, thanks to Ms. Sherina for ensuring that everything was on track. As first time travellers, GT Holidays did a great job in making our trip hassle free and memorable for us. Picked over GT holidays for our family's yearly big trip. As it was the North-East this time, I had opt for a travel agent so that it's conveniently planned out for us in a foreign-language terrain... GT holidays did their best in the following areas:(+ve) - The line agent, Abirami was very professional, patiently followed up with the planning and execution - The tourist co-ordinator Ghanshyam did a splendid job of handling the schedule on time. Though the drivers aren't well versed in English, he coped in English well and helped us with the translation quite well. - The hotel bookings were very pleasantly arranged and totally loved the choices(though they were my suggestions to suit budget & preferences). They even warned prior to the locations as they were in outskirts of the town... - Even they assigned a personal followup person during our trip time to check on the status! Could've been best in the following areas: (-ve) - Assessing customer needs and giving us proper hotel stay suggestions can be better - Sharing the touring co-ordinator details at the last minute can be avoided - We experienced very bad roads on the way to the hotels. This could have been avoided had they shared local insights prior to selecting the hotels. Still, I would certainly recommend them for family outings and opt them moving forward....

We had our honeymoon trip to Kerala for 5 days through GT Holidays and we feel it was our best decision. On arrival, we were received at the airport, hotel check-ins were quick and without any hassle, all the sightseeing were as per our itinerary and infact a bit more than we had anticipated which felt great! Also we want to have a special mention about our driver (Mr. Ebrahim), he was a true gentleman, always on time and very helpful throughout our trip. Everything was arranged so well by GT Holidays that I was never required to contact them during our trip. Overall our Kerala trip was a beautiful and memorable experience. GT Holidays is certainly going to be our first choice for our future trips as well.
