Customer service is not good. Had a very bad experience today. When i am explaining my concern store manager spoked rashly. He rashly told if you dont want to take, nothing will happen to GRT. I Request GRT higher management to take disciplinary action against store managar or floor manager who ever it is.

Went to purchase as we had gold scheme. Poor in attending the customers. Not interested in showing things. Experienced in both ring and earring section today. We said we are leaving and come other day they dint mind that..

Providing high rate as wastage and people are not showing good designs. I'm a regular customer of GRT in chennai. But in Hyderabad its horrible. Hope the managements takes care of it. Had a conversation with management and i was promised that action will be taken. And management in Chanda nagar GRT has replied with proper explanation. And i was provided with information regarding showroom and design availability. Helpful after all.

Polite staff and excellent service. Yogeshwar did a great job for us. Would request the management to improve on the patterns, designs and the variety of items for the customers who trust GRT. Chandanagar can have lot more options. Good luck.

Good jewellery showroom. Smaller than usual GRT showrooms. The parking is little crooked but you get the work done and also it has all the basic items.. gold/ silver.. It is located right on the main road and is convenient. Some of the silver items have higher making charges. Like 15,18 or 21% But the quality is guaranteed. 92.5% for articles.. The counter for the monthly saving scheme is significantly smaller ...

Good place to find number of models in gold, sliver and platinum..... I was impressed with it because I found different models rather than others.... seriously I went to 3 of others but no use...
