GRT Jewellers - Jewelry store in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

We visited this place during Diwali festival to buy jewellery, as expected lots of crowd due to festivals, have to wait for 5-10 minutes before getting attended by sales executive (which is expected due to busy time of festive), He welcomed us and helped us with patience and calm to find the right jewellery for us. Overall experience was good. The only thing that I found for improvement is their discount policy, manager write a weird code on the slip and sales executive decode it to let you know the discount... it looks shady, and can be transparent.

Good collection and hospitality. We have purchased good jewellery with help of Anitha Revu garu. Worth buying gold schemes We have purachsed gold through scheme and lot of benifits were there.

I would like to suggest going to GRT because I am regular customer of it, Mr.Amirthap (manager) is friendly many times he came up with good suggestion and offered a concession also,even Mr.Praveen has lots of patience.

If you are looking to buy gold, silver, diamonds etc then this is the best place. I find the sales executives very well mannered and respecting. Very well planned process for customers to move from selection counters to payment then item collection and if any exchanges. You can find a huge collection with superb designs. I see this is a busy store so would recommend to visit in afternoon or morning hours. You can find ample space for two wheelers parking for 4 wheelers sometimes it will be congested.

We have been going to GRT for more than 10 years now. In fact been there about an hour ago. They have become an established brand so they customer service has taken a huge dip. They just don't care anymore, because of blind loyalty from customers (now ex-customer) like me. 1. Parking was full, watchman says we can't help you, if you don't find a parking space, go to another jeweller shops. There are many around. 2. I step in and wait to inform the manager about this while he is talking to another customer. I waited, and as they were almost done with their conversation, I said "excuse me" and the so called floor manager uses hand gestures to shoo me away. 3. I raise this with another manager, the first one comes and says he did no such thing (while the receptionist acknowledges he did) says customers lie all the time and has the gall to walk away, forget expressing apologies. You like GRT and their jewellery, feel free to go to them, don't expect good customer care or service. The floor managers have changed and are callous because they know GRT has become an established brand. I'm done with them and will continue discouraging friends and family from visiting them ever again

Great place to shop good and silver they have many options to buy. G Satish is a very nice person He showed us each and every pc very beautifully and patiently. Highly recommended. Bought a beautiful necklace

The showroom is very big and spread-out across multiple floors. The counters are managed by knowledgable staff who are very helpful and courteous. Although we did not find all that we were looking for, however, the overall experience was good. Note: Parking space is limited.

Best designable products were available and purchased my favorite after long search in kphb lane. Radhika was kind and patience in explaining.
