Never buy earrings here, none of the ornaments have finishing. Every joint is open, no proper soldering is done.. they say it as fancy, but what if it is list because of the waste design. Seriously very hectic, many designs have the same problem, forcefully had to buy as exchange of more weight, obviously they won't return money if it's manufacturing fault also. Never want to go again here, even local shops provide better ornaments and service.

I have visited marathahalli branch grt showroom. Narayana swami was a nice guy and friendly in nature. I like the service.

Grt jewellery have good collection but they mostly have South Indian style as they belongs to it... But if you are local you can bargain get can get good discount.. I have seen local customer doing it... But as a outsider i can they have good collection in gold but in diamond and platinum not so verity

We got a lot of gold, silver & platinum items from GRT jewellers. The items are outstanding and the behaviour of the salesperson Chaithi 43358 was also fabulous. She fulfilled all our demands and gave us the best. We r very happy to purchase from GRT and hope to buy many more from them
