This place will always be my favourite jeweller. They have good collection, but thier customer service is 9/10! They are so well trained and each person knows a minimum of 3-4 languages. They will patiently attend and help you throughout the process. I like the balance. Mr. Govind, the manager was helpful.

Good collection of both Silver and Gold items. There are more customers than staff here and sometimes customers are made to wait for way too long, there are limited staff to show the designs or options. Staff always make a sorry face when asked to show more designs. The worst thing about this place is billing and getting your product. I had spent 30 minutes to choose my purchase item but waited for 20 mts to just get the product after billing Some good store incharge or Manager has to get rid of this pink slip and product delivery model. It is really outdated guys. Prices are always reasonable here. 2 wheeler parking is on the road and car parking is at the basement.

We really had great experience shopping in GRT.Mr Sidhappa sales person really had great patience , spent a lot of time with us showing almost all the models available in the range we looked for. He even got us spoken with Manager available and got us a decent discount. Finally we picked the one we need and left showroom with a lot of satisfaction. Thank you very much

Good Place. They have three floors with variety of options. I have visited their gift section for Silver Gifts and I liked their varieties and prices. Their staff is okay and helps with whatever information they have. Overall a good place and would recommend to people.
