Best jewellery shop in my opinion. You get the widest collection and also in all budget ranges. Quality is also not compromised. That will be seen when you exhange after years something bought from them, it's taken in today's rate and hardly reduces weight.

I had a very worst experience with GRT ! Starting with the customer service, there were not enough people to show us the collections. It was very crowded and not even chairs were available,we had to stand and shop. We had to keep asking to even take and show the design. I am not sure if the collections are less or the people working here are too lazy. The worst part is , not even water was provided which is a very basic thing to provide for a customer. In short, Collections-1/5 Customer service - 0/5 Cheetu deductions were also less, they are adding wastage to it. Dont waste your time here guys.

Less chairs to sit. Too much crowd. Some people only come there to sit under AC n enjoy n it's a difficulty for others to shop. Varieties aren't available. Thanx 4 d refreshments though. Difficulty in finding this GRT cz there r 2 GRTs on Usman Road

Good quality and designed jewels. Collections are more and impressive. All kinds of jewels are available. Staffs guidance is good Good service until the jewels are decided. Could have been better. Staffs should be trained for better customer service for hospitality, billing and gift collection. I'm normal times work is done fast. In auspicious days billing is very slow and staffs are not responding for billing status. Gift collection takes too much time customers have to wait for so long without any idea. At last the service seems nothing when they say gifts are not in stock and the available stocks we have to choose, and the gifts are placed on the table asking customers to carry on their own without any bags. Highly recommended for family and friends for designs. Service we can't expect much when it's crowded. Parking available for bikes and cars.

GRT is always favourable for customer centric service. They have defined policy very well and are following accordingly. Usman Road branch always has a lot of collections compared to any other branch in Chennai. New collections are always showcased in this branch. Gold schemes are excellent for customers without wastage because their wastage is a bit higher.

Very very worst experience. I have purchased silver online it's blackened within one day, I requested to refund they have accepted and I returned the product it's been one been still im not sure received my cashback, seems like fraud, I have reached customer care so many time still no use they have taken my money and the product not yet received my return. I don't think to believe grt. Do not order anything from online on their app.

Very big show room. Lots of gold ornaments with antique and ethnic models.

Wide variety of collections available in every price and gram variants to choose from. A crowded place definitely but a very big shop. Customers were treated well
