Shop with good parking facility. I went to this shop on 15-Aug, penultimate day of Tamil month Aadi. Aadi sale on peak. Lot of rush in the shop, AC could be better, we bought thali chain. Wide range of collections available. The staff and manager helped alot and make it as a good experience.

We recently visited here to purchase a gold chain for my daughter, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The store offers a wide range of exquisite ornaments, including neck chains, bracelets, rings, bangles, and earrings, available in both gold and silver. Additionally, their collection of gift items is equally impressive

I bought thaali chain and bracelet yesterday. VAT % is high in GRT comparing to other shop. For earrings - 18%, thaali chain - 12%. We planned to buy 40grams but we bought 32grams only due to VAT and GST. But the shop environment, service is very good, Unique collections. Especially, Miss. KOWSALYA was attended us, very politely and shown the jewels until we satisfied.

Had a great experience purchasing ruby emerald necklace at GRT tambaram. Staff Vanitha in 3rd floor was very friendly and showed us all the collections patiently. They had very good collections for ruby and emerald overall.

The services were nice. We were catered by Gowthaman (Id number 60068) and he was very helpful in our purchasing. He showed us many options as per our needs and also he was very cooperative and patient in the process. We would be thrived in purchasing from the store again.
