Sivakumar in the diamond section did very good customer service. He explained all my questions with patience.. He explained the bill amount in detail.. I will give 5 star for his service. However, i will give 2-3 star considering that, the price of MRP items in diamond section are very high, and especially the making charges are really high for diamond chains and bracelet.
